Exchange and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange or Return:
   • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all tags and receipts intact.
   • Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product.
2. Damaged or Defective Products:

   • For major cities and towns in Uttar Pradesh and across India, delivery may take 3-7 business days.
   • Remote areas may experience a delivery time of 7-14 business days.
2. Shipping Charges:
   • Free shipping is offered on orders above ₹5,000 within India.
   • For orders below ₹5,000, standard shipping charges apply based on the weight and delivery location. The exact shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
3. Order Tracking:
