Exchange and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange or Return:

o Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all tags and receipts intact.

o Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product.

2. Damaged or Defective Products:

o In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to [customer service email] with images of the damaged product.

o We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, depending on stock availability.

3. Non-returnable Items:

o Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method. No cash refunds will be issued.
